For the things we feel,
but rarely know how to say.
What brought you here tonight?
A place for the things we carry quietly.
Julio Reflections began on Instagram as a place for the thoughts, memories, desires, losses, and questions we often carry without knowing how to put them into words.
It has grown into something more.
A collection of reflections, poetry, stories, letters, anonymous confessions, and quiet moments about love, desire, loss, identity, transformation, and what it means to be human.
This is not a place that promises to have all the answers.
Sometimes we do not need another person telling us how to heal, how to move on, or who we are supposed to become.
Sometimes we simply need to recognize ourselves in someone else's words.
To remember. To feel. To know that something we thought belonged only to us has been felt by someone else too.
Some of these reflections are mine. Some will come from you.
All of them belong to the strange, beautiful, painful experience of being alive.
My name is Julio.
And these are our reflections.

There are things we carry because we've never found a place to put them. Tell me something you've never said.

To the voice behind the silence.
Stay awhile.
Instagram is where many of these reflections begin. Here, I can send you the ones that deserve a little more room. Private letters, new reflections, stories, and things I don't share anywhere else.
Quietly sent. Never cluttered.
